turf, ornamental shrubs, and trees. Iron deficiency appears as a pale green to yellow colored foliage on turf, trees and shrubs. This condition is caused by the lack of iron in the soil or the iron present in the soil being bound and unavailable to the plant. This product provides iron in a form that is immediately available to plants, and remains in the soil for extended feeding of plants. it is compatible in tank mixes with fertilizers and penetrating aids, and with some herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides.
To treat turf areas, use 5 to 10 gallons of CHELATED IRON in sufficient water to cover one acre. For trees and ornamentals, use 4 ounces of CHELATED IRON per inch of trunk diameter. For foliar feeding trees and shrubs, mix 1 gallon in 64 gallons of water.
